Our team specializes in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care, with advanced training in supporting pregnancy comfort, postpartum recovery, and infant and child development. We work closely with families to help support nervous system regulation, mobility, and overall well-being in a way that feels approachable and supportive.
Many families seek our care during pregnancy for discomfort such as low back pain, sciatica, and pelvic tension, and continue care after birth to support both mom and baby. We also regularly care for newborns and children who may be experiencing body tension, feeding challenges, sleep concerns, or developmental stress.

Meet Dr. Elmira
Dr. Elmira is a Webster-certified prenatal and pediatric chiropractor based in Costa Mesa, CA, serving families throughout Orange County. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she relocated to sunny Southern California to pursue her chiropractic education and quickly discovered her passion for caring for pregnant moms, babies, and growing families.
While in chiropractic school, Dr. Elmira felt called to focus on prenatal and pediatric care and continued her education through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Her additional training allows her to support moms through pregnancy and postpartum while also caring for newborns, infants, and children during important stages of development.
Dr. Elmira’s goal is to help families build strong, healthy foundations early so children can grow into healthy, resilient adults. She is known for her warm, welcoming approach and for creating a calm, family-centered environment where parents feel heard and supported and where babies and kids feel comfortable and at ease.
When she is not in the office, Dr. Elmira enjoys spending time at the beach, hiking local trails, and exploring new coffee shops around Costa Mesa and Orange County.
Dr. Elmira feels honored to support families through each season of growth and loves being part of the Costa Mesa and Orange County community.
